Yohann Floch is a consultant working for independent arts organisations and cultural institutions, also taking part in the activities of many international cooperation projects such as Learning Trajectories (led by Eunia, Sweden), SHIFT (led by the European Music Council, Germany), i-Portunus (led by Goethe Institut, Belgium), Innovative Leadership Network (led by Dansehallerne, Danemark) among others.
He is an expert for governmental bodies such as Arts Council Malta, Kulturrådet (Sweden) or Slots- og Kulturstyrelsen (Denmark) as well as foundations like European Cultural Foundation, Fondation de France and other intermediary organisations active in advocacy, cultural mobility, fundraising, policy making and internationalisation strategies.
Yohann Floch regularly leads workshops and seminars on cultural policy, international networking, capacity building and strategic management: working internationally, he delivers lectures in universities, facilitates discussions in professional meetings and contributes to mentoring programmes. He is for example one of the key resource-persons associated to the coaching of performing arts companies within a new internationalisation programme for the arts and cultural sector in France, funded by the Ministry of Culture and the Institut Français and coordinated by On the Move, the European network dedicated to cultural mobility.
He leads FACE, an international platform facilitating international collaboration and developing capacity building programmes for artists and culture professionals from the contemporary performing arts field. Finally, Yohann Floch is international advisory board member of the Danish organisation IMMART-International Migration Meets the Arts.
